Centre Principal

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team to manage the daily operation of the center according to the school’s policies and quality standard

  • Manage teaching staff to develop and deliver the school’s holistic and age-appropriate bilingual preschool curriculum

  • Communicate with parents effectively, and build rapport and trusted relationships with parents

  • Handle administrative work to meet the compliance and regulatory requirements for the centre’s operation

 

Required Experience and Skills:

  • Singaporean or Permanent Resident

  • Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education - Leadership (DECCE - L) or its  equivalent

  • Minimum of 2 years’ relevant work experience as centre supervisor in preschool or childcare setting

  • Proficient in both English and Chinese (written and spoken)

  • High sense of responsibility, positive working attitude, strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to manage and lead a team  

  • Basic computer skills in Powerpoint, Excel, Word and Internet

Curriculum Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities:
 

  • Design, develop and implement school-wide and age-appropriate bilingual preschool curriculum and learning environment

  • Develop and provide training courses to teaching staff for curriculum implementation at all the centres

  • Monitor the curriculum implementation process and exercise control quality at all the centres according to the school curriculum guidelines

  • Understand the training needs of staff at different levels, and arrange staff to attend appropriate internal or external training programmes for their upgrade

  • Liaise and communicate with ECDA/MOE on curriculum issues, and participate in industry meetings and forums to continuously improve school’s curriculum

 

Required Experience and Skills:
 

  • Singaporean or Permanent Resident

  • Minimum Degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent, and preferably with a Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education (DECCE - Teaching or Leadership)

  • Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in curriculum planning, development and training in early childhood

  • Proficient in both English and Chinese (written and spoken)

  • High sense of responsibility, positive working attitude, strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to manage and lead a team  

  • Basic computer skills in Powerpoint, Excel, Word and Internet

Chinese Teacher

You will work with an English teacher as your partner to conduct the bilingual teaching of a preschool class and handle children’s daily routine. You will need to follow our school’s curriculum, conduct children’s observation, communicate with parents, and involve in school’s marketing activities. You will report directly to school’s principal.  

 

Roles and Responsibilities:
 

  • Teach the children in your class in accordance with the school’s policies and guidelines

  • Handle children’s daily routine to ensure children’s safety and hygiene

  • Create a stimulating and engaging learning environment that promotes children’s learning

  • Use appropriate teaching methods for children’s holistic and play-based learning

  • Conduct observation and assessment of children’s learning progress

  • Build and maintain close relationships with parents through proactive communication

 

Required Experience and Skills
 

  • Singaporean or Permanent Resident

  • Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education - Teaching (English) (DECCE-T) or its equivalent

  • Certified L2 teacher by Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA)

  • Minimum two years of relevant work experience in preschool or child care setting

  • Proficient in English language and basic in Chinese language

  • Basic computer skills including Windows and office software

  • Positive working attitude, strong team work, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills

English Teacher
