Our Childcare/Preschool Programmes
Pre-Nursery
Suitable for children from 18 to 30 months, the Pre-Nursery programme supports toddlers as they begin learning in a group setting. The focus is on routines, social interaction, language exposure, and guided exploration within a nurturing environment.
Nursery
Designed for children aged 3 to 4 years, the Nursery programme introduces more structured learning while continuing to support social and emotional development. Lessons are guided by inquiry-based learning and Montessori-inspired practices, helping children build confidence, communication skills, and early learning habits.
Kindergarten
The Kindergarten programme is for children aged 5 to 6 years and focuses on preparing them for the transition to primary school. Children engage in structured learning across language, numeracy, and social development, supported by clear routines and classroom expectations.

Preschool Government Subsidy
All Singapore Citizen children enrolled in an ECDA-licensed infant or childcare centre are eligible for a Basic Subsidy. For childcare programmes, the Basic Subsidy is up to $300 per month.
Families may also qualify for Additional Subsidy (up to $467 per month), depending on eligibility criteria such as the main applicant’s working status and the family’s gross monthly household income or per capita income. The exact subsidy amount will depend on each family’s circumstances and prevailing ECDA guidelines.
At Raffles Kidz International, our team can guide parents on the subsidy application process during enrolment. Families are encouraged to check their eligibility early, as subsidy amounts and conditions may be updated from time to time.
For the latest information on subsidy eligibility, application requirements and available support, parents may refer to the official ECDA – Infant and Childcare Subsidy Scheme.
